Ira's request: Peas and Carrots. He also requested and received per his request THE famous Cajun Dressing. It was De-Lish-Shusss! Did not get a pic for that though, as it was on a separate table. Too big for this main table.

There was also mashed potatoes (NaNa would have been proud). They were made the way I was taught by her..."You peel 'em, you cut 'em... you boil 'em, little salt, little milk, little butter, and beat the hell out of 'em... that's IT! Don't do anything else to 'em!" yep, that's what she'd say...
